REFUND POLICY

- If our team determines that your photo is unfeasible upon review, you will receive a credit for the entire photo cost. You may then attempt to capture the image again.
- If your photo has been digitally processed and is not rejected by the relevant authority, no refund is available. In such instances, our staff will reprocess the photo at no additional charge upon receipt of rejection proof.
